About Joud Coffee
Joud Coffee (“Joud”) was founded in 2015 with the mission of introducing speciality coffee to Abu Dhabi.
After opening our first cafe in the Al Bateen, we have expanded to neighbourhoods across the city where each location offers a uniquely designed space for our community to gather and experience our delicious food, pastry, and coffee offerings.
We are proud to roast our beans in small batches at our roasting facility in Abu Dhabi, sourcing them through ethical and sustainable direct trade partnerships that connect us to coffee growers and traders around the globe.
Today, Joud has its presence in more than 11 locations and continues to grow within the region.

Joud Coffee is hiring across several departments to strengthen its growing workforce. The following positions are open:
1. Area Manager
As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires experience in multi-outlet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive performance and results.
2. Barista
If you love coffee, this is the perfect role for you. Baristas at Joud Coffee are responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring consistency in taste and quality. Candidates with prior barista or café experience will be given preference.
3. Commis Chef (Hot Kitchen)
The Commis Chef role is ideal for culinary professionals eager to learn and grow. You will assist senior chefs in preparing hot dishes, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring high-quality food presentation. Freshers with culinary education are encouraged to apply.
4. Cost Controller
The Cost Controller position involves monitoring financial expenditures, analyzing budgets, and implementing cost-effective strategies. Applicants must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and prior experience in cost management within the F&B industry.
5. Restaurant Manager
A Restaurant Manager at Joud Coffee ensures smooth day-to-day operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are key for this position. Previous experience in managing restaurants or cafes is required.
6. Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen)
The Sous Chef role is a critical position supporting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. You will lead the hot kitchen team, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and maintaining food quality.
7. Supervisor
Supervisors at Joud Coffee act as a bridge between the staff and management. You will be responsible for team motivation, customer engagement, and smooth service flow. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality will be an added advantage.
8. Waiter / Waitress
This frontline role requires individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will serve guests, take orders, and ensure that diners enjoy a memorable experience. A positive attitude and customer service skills are essential.
